Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation policy

REFUND POLICY:

Products can be returned easily within 90 days from the date of delivery by writing to us at info@olympiasec.com,

Once a return request has been placed with us, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to have the product picked up from your address.

And another 3 to 5 working days to initiate a refund after a successful product inspection by the quality check department.

Once our team receives the item, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days.

The refund receipt depends on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Your refund is estimated to be credited to the same account, used for order payment.

For COD orders, a refund against the return will be made to the account sent by you on our official mail info@olympiasec.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

You can create an exchange request for the product purchased within 90 days of its delivery by writing to us at info@olympiasec.com, the exchange process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours, once the product is picked up. A new product in the size you requested is usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days of the exchange product pick up.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.

Please note:

* Please make sure that the product you place a return or exchange request for is unused & has all the labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging, otherwise the request will not be accepted.

* Return & exchange will only be picked up from the address it was delivered at.

* In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@olympiasec.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel, however you can place a return request for the same after receiving the product.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

We may require the images of the product in case of any complaint of any defects, wrong product or faded color, etc.
